Dah boring dengan semua dress saya so I decided to wear baju
 kurung for the 1st time ever to uni today. I feel so ayu :P

When I was doing my ED (Extended Diploma)
Me : Kak Enol, saya cuti seminggu. Saya nak duduk kat rumah je, chilling dekat town and live my life, pergi rumah Isobel blah blah

When I am doing my BA (Hons) (degree)
Me: Kak Enol, saya cuti seminggu sekarang ni tapi saya ada tutorial, workshop and ada 3 deadline next week.

Bismillah.

I miss you

When I miss someone, one of the thing that I do is I wear the same outfit as the last time I met them.

For example, at the moment I miss all my ED Graphics friends. I saw our photo on my wall and decided to wear the same hijab, the same dress, the same inner and the same skirt/jeans on that photo.

Okay, got to go. I am having a date with my housemates.

I miss my college friends already and I cannot wait to see them next week before I am heading back to Malaysia ! Even , when I won't be able to see Isobel before I leave as she is in Paris now. Farewell.

Apabila rindu datang tanpa diundang

Apabila rindu datang tanpa diundang. Saya teringat akan memory lama kita bersama.

Dimana apabila awak kacau saya bila saya berada di studio
Dimana apabila awak halang saya untuk berjalan
Dimana apabila awak jauhkan kedudukan awak bila awak baru habis merokok sebab saya tak suka bau rokok. hihihi
Dimana apabila awak tolong saya dalam Illustrator or Photoshop or Indesign
Dimana apabila awak buat saya gelak dari mood saya yang marah ke happy.
Dimana apabila awak ... dan banyak lagi.

Untuk menghilangkan (?) rindu ini, saya tukar gambar background handphone saya kepada gambar kita bersama dengan harapan rasa rindu itu akan berkurang malah hilang.
Untuk menghilangkan (?) rindu ini, saya tengok gambar group photo kita
Untuk menghilangkan (?) rindu ini, saya tengok artwork  awak yang telah awak bagi kepada saya.
Untuk menghilangkan (?) rindu ini, saya bersembang dengan awak on facebook.

Tapi saya paling rindu bila awak tapping on my shoulder using a finger. Awak tap 2 kali.

Sedih kut. Dah tiga tahun study dekat sini  dan kene leave.
Walaupon saya stay lagi di institute ini untuk degree (i.A Kalau dapat MARA), saya tak dah duduk di banggunan ini.

Sekarang saya tengah packing2 dalam studio.
kosongkan drawer, buang yang mana tak patut.
bawak semua sketchbook and artworks pulang ke rumah.

Kemungkinan besar ini mungkin kali terakhir saya jumpa dengan kebanyakkan kawan2.

Graduation Day

Dear reader.
Segala puji bagi Allah tuhan semesta alam. Hari ini hari graduation saya, means hari terakhir saya sebagai pelajar ED (Extended Diploma) in graphic design.

Ramai orang tanya perasaan saya. Tapi saya senyap je. Speechless or maybe sedih sebab ED graphics was the best 2 years of education years ever ever eveeeeer.

Teringat bila 1st time jumpa kawan2. Wuwuwuwuwu.

Walaupon saya sedih dengan grade/result yang saya dapat, tapi nak buat macam mana. Nasib Badan.

Malam graduation kami ada dinner night which was amazing, semua orang nampak smart and pretty. Terharu sangat bila kawan2 (Matt and Elly) saya jalan kaki ke rumah saya sebab takut something yang akan terjadi dekat saya jika saya balik ke rumah sorang2.
Err I don't know what to say.

Hello my dear ED Graphics people/famalams,
How are you doing? Do you miss me? hehe. Don't you think time went pretty fast for the last 2 years? I would say so. I still can't believe that we have less than a week together. Sobss. I'm wondering if we are going to meet each other again even after we all going to university.

I think these two years in ED are the best education years ever because.. well firstly, studying graphic design was one of my dream. Second, you guys is the best. Even though you all keep picking on me but you still made my days. When I got mad or sad, you guys have cheered me up automatically, without I even realised.

Did you know that when we was in the first year, everyday I made myself a target. For example on Monday I have to make sure that I talk to Matt and Gabby or before Christmas I will making sure that I have at least 15 of you on my facebook account and so on. Lol.

I still remember the first smile that Hannah Mariott gave it to me at the cafe, Blenheim Walk. I still remember when the first time I talked to Oli ( we were having a conversation about his breakfast from Greggs about a feet long baguette when we were on the way to Armley Mills museum). I still remember the first time I talk to Sarah W at the cafe, Blenheim walk. I was well scared and asked about her bag if she drew the pattern herself.

This Friday is the day 21.06.2013. Graduation day. Hmm, I still don't know what to wear and I still need to finish off my leavers ball dress -_- . I probably going to bring my DSLR so we can take the LAST ED Graphics group photos together.

You guys probably bored already with this long piece of writing with lots of grammatical error. Okay bye now.

Lupa

Saya sedang paint a wall

Salam.
Semenjak dua menjak ini saya dah lupa pasal blog ini.
I don't know why.
Maybe sebab dah nak graduate so sangat busy duk buat exhibition.
Okay tata.

Hidup sebagai budak seni.

Pada 22.05.13 saya ada deadline apa orang kata the ultimate deadline.
saya kene hantar FMP saya (Final Media Project).

Jadi pada 21.05 malam kepada 22.05 apa lagi duk la bertungkus
lumus menyiapkan kerja.

Bukan saya sahaja yang duk tak tidur semalaman,
kawan2 saya pon sama.

Well tak dek la sampai tak tidur  semalaman,
saya tidur pukul 4 pagi. - nasib baik subuh pukul 1.24 pagi bukan pukul 5 or 6.
(lepas balik dari kerja terus tidur, bangun solat maghrib dan isya' sambung tidur then bangun pukul 3/4 pagi untuk subuh) Aaaa I can see how's my life going to look like when I am doing my degree this september. 

So the conclusionya is, jangan tinggal semua benda last minute ! apa eh perkataan yang paling senang untuk describe ini.. hmm

Don't waste your time and manage your time carefully. Yes yes.

And you know what, this was the actually first time saya tak tidur malam nak siapkan kerja sekolah saya.

Oh, kerja dunia memang tak pernah habis.

InDesign

I still remember when I used to hate Illustrator the most, but now Illustrator is my favourite design software ever ! !

I bet.. let say in 5 years time, I probably going to say ' I still remember when I used to hate InDesign the most but now InDesign is one of my favourite design software ever after Illustrator'

Ini desktop saya

Baru isnin lepas saya kemas desktop saya, hari ini dah full balik.

Isobel Henry

Saya dan Isobel

Nama dia Isobel Henry (Izzi). Antara kawan baik saya di college.
Kami kenal tahun 2010 when we did Btec in Art& Design at Leeds College of Art
Kami memang kamcing gila. Bila dah start sembang tu jangan harap la nak berhenti. Sekali sembang 2/3 jam jugak.

Tapi part yang paling saya sedih bila September ini kami akan berpisah.
Dia pergi ke University of Edinburgh doing a degree in Photography and saya akan duduk Leeds untuk study Illustration.

Saya selalu lepak dekat rumah dia, dekat satu city yang kecil bernama Pudsey
Jumpa emak, ayah, adik perempuan dan kucing dia yang comel bernama Hephzibah.

Pernah sekali saya masak kari, sayur goreng, kek batik untuk keluarga dia. Mereka suka.
Mak dia pernah ajar saya knitting (ala jahit scarf mcm orang tua dekat UK selalu buat tu)

Nak dipendikan cerita saya dan keluarga dia memang rapat.
Mesti saya rindu nak hang out with Izzi dan family dia especially kucing dia yang comel itu !

Giving up, eyy.

I hate it this moment when I am suddenly giving up on life.
I hate it this moment when I am suddenly giving up in the middle of a brief.
I hate it this moment, when I am giving up on my FMP.
(I thought I am the only person who giving up on our FMP but I was wrong.)

All I have now is passionate. Passionate in graphic design.
I'm off to play guitar.

FMP

For my FMP (Final Media Project) I am making two calendars looking at the changes of events/seasons within two countries - Malaysia and the United Kingdom.

So by the end of this brief I will be producing 2 calenders with 24 illustrations ( each month have its own illustration)

So basically, saya baru siap 10 illustrations, 14 to go.
Baru buat ideas development. Experimentation and refinement belum lagi.
I don't know but I feel like giving up on this.

Pinhole Camera

Kalau  awak baca post yang ini (Busy tahap tak bileh bernafas), saya ada menceritakan tentang satu project yang saya kene buat. It's called Pinhole Camera.

Malam sebelum deadline, bermula lah saya bertungkus lumus untuk menyiapkan sketch book work.
Guess what, semalam baru dapat result untuk Pinhole Camera project ni.
Hehehehe, saya dapat A* and I was like 'Whaaaaat'.

Saya dan kawan saya gelak la. Sebab kami berdua (Me and Josiah) dapat A* dalam project ni, dah la start project tu a night before deadline.

Like tak boleh blah sebab buat segala mak nenek untuk project ini last minute, I mean a night before deadline like malam pukul 8.30 malam.

Idea generation.

In graphics design, saya rasa yang paling susah is to didea generation ( nak keluarkan idea) tapi idea generation ini la yang paling best sebab saya boleh lukis dengan banyaknya.

Idea saya selalu mai waktu tengah mamai nak tidur.
Hmm, Tapi nak tunggu tahap idea tu datang punya la lama dan payah

Benda yag perlu saya lakukan sekarang are pikir dan terus berdoa.
Semoga Allah permudahkan.

Hmm, ke perlu saya start from scratch?

5 weeks left until the deadline !

Dear Graphics,
Today we are starting out FMP ( Final Media Project); our last project ever ! !  Actually I don't know what to say. I found it quite sad when we only have got 9 weeks left together. Imagine, after this Easter holiday, we only have got 7 weeks left.

How I wish I could stay with you guys forever.

Tomorrow is going to be our last day before our Easter holiday = I'm not going to see you in two weeks. To be honest, I'm just speechless; I just loooooooove you guys and I don't know how to explain it in words.

Let's go for a pint of orange juice tomorrow !

Album cover deadline on Monday.

Everyone is stressing out now including myself.

Too many work to do.

But doing work on Photoshop or Illustrator for ages and ages isn't that bad.

I'm loving me.

I don't mind if I have to stay in college doing work until 9PM or more.
